Mental Coach Kristina Ilke
I am a qualified Mental Trainer, which I have been working with since 2018. I focus on the interaction between mental health and physical balance, and because of that I took further education as a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor in 2021.
My approach stands out through my personal journey to becoming an expert in mental training.
A turning point in my life came when I realized that this was my calling. I approached Stein Kvalheim, one of Norway's most renowned mental trainers, and asked to be employed. Despite initial resistance and eight rejections, I continued to insist on my passion and convinced him of my dedication.
I resigned from my position as Facility Manager before I asked Stein Kvalheim. Despite seven previous refusals, I continued to stand by my decision and would have asked him the eighth time if it had been necessary. Inspired by Tony Robbins' wisdom, I understood the importance of going all in to achieve my goals.
Through a deep and meaningful dialogue, as well as an impressive vision for the future, I was able to secure a position and an opportunity to learn directly from a master in the field. This experience was invaluable and gave me a unique understanding and insight that cannot be learned in the classroom alone. My story illustrates not only man's willingness to go to great lengths to pursue his passions, but also man's ability to see opportunities where others see obstacles . When our goals are rooted in a vision, and not just in individual actions and outcomes, it opens up a deeper understanding and a greater potential for success.
I am proud of my journey and the skills and insights I have gained. I look forward to sharing this wisdom with you and helping you achieve your goals and achieve success.
I have long experience of working systematically by measuring the progress of my clients, which motivates them to follow their own development.
